Key Responsibilities
Make our partners obsessed. Ensure we always over-deliver on the core, create experiences that turn partners into superfans.
CEO thought partner. Ensure trajectory defining decisions are war-gamed and data-backed.
Build Ark's brand. Write the content that makes the best modelers want to join and the best customers want to buy.
Accelerate. Identify bottlenecks, figure out the unblock, and keep the team moving at full speed.
Run the machine. Ops and financials.
Fundraise ready. Own the data room, craft the narrative, be the go-to for diligence support.
About You
High intellectual horsepower: quick on your feet. Find alpha in complexity.
Organized: juggle lots of tasks without dropping the ball. Love Gantt charts.
Creative: see solutions where others get stuck.
Builder's mindset: scrappy, resourceful, and happy to figure things out as you go.
