Python Backend Engineer: Shape the Future of Recruitment (Remote-First, Competitive Salary)

You’ll be responsible for:

• Building and improving the core web application and microservices
• Enhancing user portals for a smoother experience
• Integrating with 3rd party APIs to expand functionality
• Developing and implementing cutting-edge AI features

We’re looking for someone with:

• 5+ years of Python experience
• 3+ years of Django experience
• 3+ years of building RESTful APIs
• 2+ years of working with PostgreSQL databases
• Familiarity with deploying applications on AWS (bonus points for expertise!)

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with Machine Learning/AI/LLMs
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Experience managing code repositories and tooling
• Experience integrating with Google/Microsoft calendars and emails
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
