Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SEO & Content Strategist to own organic growth through content creation and search optimization . This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to turn content into traffic-and traffic into qualified B2B leads.

You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies, creating high-performing content, and leveraging analytics, technical SEO, and AI tools to drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, rankings, and lead generation
• Create and optimize high-quality content (blogs, landing pages, case studies, etc.) aligned with search intent and business goals
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities
• Optimize on-page elements including content, metadata, internal linking, and site structure
• Perform technical SEO audits and implement improvements (site speed, indexing, crawlability)
• Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
• Build and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority
• Collaborate with internal teams on content, development, and marketing initiatives
• Leverage AI tools for content creation, optimization, and research
• Continuously test, analyze, and refine SEO strategies to improve results

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

• 3-4+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• Proven B2B SEO experience
• Strong experience creating content specifically for SEO (blogs, landing pages, etc.)
• Ability to write, edit, and optimize content for both users and search engines
• Strong understanding of search intent, keyword strategy, and content mapping
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
• Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar)
• Knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals (site structure, indexing, metadata)
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
• Working knowledge of AI tools for SEO and content optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
