Commercial HVAC Sales Person

Ultimate is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Commercial HVAC Sales Person to join our growing team. In this role, you'll combine HVAC sales, estimating, project coordination, and relationship management to deliver innovative solutions for commercial and industrial customers.

What You'll Do

• 
  Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  
  



• 
  Conduct site visits and develop customized HVAC solutions.
  
  



• 
  Prepare estimates, proposals, budgets, and bid packages.
  
  



• 
  Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  
  



• 
  Manage customer billing and warranty-related activities.
  
  



• 
  Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  Proven sales experience.
  
  



• 
  Background in HVAC, mechanical contracting, construction, or related service industries.
  
  



• 
  Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
  
  



• 
  Ability to review project documents and prepare accurate estimates.
  
  



• 
  Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
  
  



• 
  Experience with Procore, BuildOps, or Sage Intacct is a plus.
