Fraud AnalystPayrate: $22.00 - $25.00/hr.Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth fraud analysis and investigationsHandle customer authentication and verify identitiesIdentify, manage, and prevent fraudulent activities across channelsReview data to confirm or clear fraud casesInvestigate fraudulent orders and identity theft trendsRespond to fraud escalations and take necessary actionResearch findings and escalate to internal teams or legal when requiredSupport and improve fraud-related processes and policiesParticipate in projects to identify issues and recommend solutionsTake inbound calls from customers/victims regarding fraud concernsDaily tasksHandle phone calls related to fraud casesUse internal systems/tools to assess fraud situationsCommunicate with team via SlackReview documents to validate customer identitySkills Required:Strong English communication and conversational skillsGood listening and tone managementAbility to multitask across multiple systems/screensPhone handling and typing proficiencyEducation:High School diploma or equivalentExperience Requirements:Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (fraud, customer service, or call center)Experience working in a Windows-based computer environmentPay Transparency:The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $22.00 - $25.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
