Licensed Real Estate Agent – Randolph, MA.
HFM Realty is seeking licensed Real Estate Agents to serve Randolph and surrounding Massachusetts communities, including Norfolk County and the South Shore.
Whether you are a new agent looking to build your business or an experienced agent looking for greater flexibility and support, HFM Realty provides the guidance, tools, and broker support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain buyer and seller leads.
- Conduct showings, open houses, and listing presentations.
- List and market residential properties using MLS applications.
- Prepare offers and negotiate contracts.
- Manage transactions through closing.
- Build and maintain a strong client pipeline.
- Establish a recognizable presence in your local market.
- Provide exceptional service to buyers and sellers.
- Follow HFM Realty policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Real Estate License required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
- Business-minded attitude.
- Ability to work independently.
- Desire to build a strong personal brand and local reputation.
- Realtor and MLS memberships preferred.
Compensation:
- Commission-based.
- Commission splits up to 90%.
- No desk fees.
