What You Need to Bring: 6+ years of real estate law experience , including: Complex transactions – Handling real estate purchases and sales, office and retail leasing, commercial and residential development, and sophisticated financing deals. Land use & zoning advocacy – Representing clients before permitting agencies on mixed-use and transit-oriented developments, environmental reviews (stormwater, wastewater, wetlands), and securing necessary permits. Entity structuring & title matters – Advising on ownership structures, entity formation, real estate title review, and title insurance issues. JD & license to practice in MA.
