About Us Marketing Consultancy Lab we are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about planning and executing exceptional events that leave a lasting impression. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning from conception to completion, ensuring every detail is handled with precision. Job Title: Event Coordinator Location: San Antonio, TX Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate all event logistics including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and transportation. Liaise with clients to understand their event goals, budget, and preferences. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective services. Develop detailed event timelines and ensure all stakeholders are informed and on schedule. Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to guarantee smooth operations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a corporate or hospitality environment. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members. Ability to manage budgets and negotiate contracts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
