Wages + Commission: $30–$35+/hour Sales Partners have the potential to earn an average of $60,000 or more in total compensation during their first year, combining hourly wages and commissions when consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. Manage cash and inventory with precision, from transactions and promotions to device security and inventory controls. Keep operations running smoothly, handling HR tasks, inventory counts, community involvement, and compliance—all while supporting your Store Leader and district initiatives.
