Human Resources Coordinator

Our client in Fort Worth, TX, is looking for an HR Coordinator to assist with interviewing, new hire onboarding, HR communications, and similar responsibilities.
This role is in-office 5 days/week.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruiting logistics, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining applicant tracking systems
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with HR programs and initiatives such as benefits administration, training coordination, and employee engagement activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR, administrative, or coordinator experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., ATS, HRIS); strong communication and interpersonal skills
