LATAM Agency Growth Lead | Team Leader & Revenue Driver

TikTok is seeking an experienced Team Lead to head Agency Sales across Latin America. You will manage and mentor Agency Partner Managers and own strategic relationships with top agency partners in the region.
You will drive revenue growth, build the agency ecosystem, and shape regional strategy with cross-functional partners across Brazil, LATAM, and Mexico. This role requires a proven track record and an ability to lead in a hyper-growth environment.
