Sr Manager - Receivables/O2C

We are recruiting for a Senior Manager of Accounts Receivable to lead AR operations including order-to-cash, credit, and collections within a shared services environment. Responsibilities Oversee AR including billing, cash, credit, collections, and disputes Optimize processes for more efficient workflows and accurate reporting for accounting and treasury Implement AI and RPA initiatives to automate AR Maintain SOX compliance and internal controls for audit readiness in AR Collaborate cross functionally with peers and division leaders Lead and develop a team that is self‑accountable and a broad addition to companywide culture Build success metrics across DSO, CEI, cash applications, bad debt, billing, and customer satisfaction Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred 8+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable including order-to-cash operations 5+ years of leadership Experience leading ERP implementations including SAP #J-18808-Ljbffr Atrium
