Production Coordinator

Production Coordinator

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support the production of custom products from order entry through final shipment. No previous production experience is required; training will be provided. Data-entry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update production orders accurately
• Track schedules, inventory, and order status
• Communicate delays, material shortages, or order changes
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and manufacturers
• Maintain work orders, inventory records, and production documentation
• Help ensure finished orders are completed and shipped on time
• Prepare basic production and inventory reports

Requirements

• Strong data-entry and computer skills
• Microsoft Excel experience preferred
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Dependable, proactive, and willing to learn
• Previous administrative, order-entry, or production experience is helpful but not required
