The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of 2 years of full 360 recruitment experience to join our growing Houston team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded recruitment professional to take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client relationship management to candidate sourcing, negotiation, and placement. The successful candidate will be confident developing new business opportunities, building long-term client and candidate relationships, and managing their own recruitment desk. Key Responsibilities Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from identifying new business opportunities and securing client relationships to sourcing candidates and successfully completing placements. Develop new business through proactive outreach, networking, lead generation, and client meetings. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, prospective clients, and candidates. Develop a thorough understanding of client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing strategies. Conduct candidate interviews and assess qualifications, experience, career goals, and suitability for available opportunities. Manage the interview process, facilitate communication between clients and candidates, negotiate offers, and support successful placements. Build and maintain a strong professional network within your chosen recruitment market. Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, understand industry trends, and stay informed on hiring activity and compensation benchmarks. Manage client accounts and develop long-term partnerships that generate repeat business and referrals. Maintain accurate client and candidate records within CRM systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Work collaboratively with colleagues to share market knowledge, best practices, and recruitment strategies. Consistently achieve individual performance targets, revenue goals, and business development objectives. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in full 360 recruitment , including business development, client management, candidate sourcing, and placement delivery. Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships. Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process across both client and candidate relationships. Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, develop accounts, and drive revenue growth. Confidence engaging with hiring managers, decision-makers, candidates, and senior-level professionals. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities. A proactive, resilient, and results-oriented approach to work. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, ATS platforms, and other recruitment technology is preferred.
