Key responsibilities Investigate, diagnose, and troubleshoot donor inquiries and issues while adhering to response times and guidelines Cultivate lasting relationships with donors through interactive communication channels Identify recurring system issues and escalate them to the leadership team for resolution Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred, with a requirement to pass a bilingual certification Two years of contact or call center experience required Proficient computer skills across various platforms, including website support and live chat Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
