QC Inspector 1st Shift

Quality Control Inspector
Three Shifts Available
1st - 7am - 3 pm $21/hour
2nd - 3pm-11pm $23/hour
3rd 11pm - 7am $23/hour

Essential Functions:
• Performs routine quality audits of finished materials
• Performs line clearance procedures to assure package integrity
• Prepares quality control documents
• Selects samples of finished materials for presentation to the customer using the customer prescribed sampling plan
• Assures that all labels and identity stamps are correct and positioned as required
• Assists Production Department personnel to understand customer's quality requirements
• Maintains all inspection equipment in good working order, calibrating equipment to the required standard
• Identified the finished materials as "Accepted" or "Held" according to customer's quality requirements
• Other duties assigned

• l\.1icrometer
• Vernier
• Weight Scale

Education & Qualification Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years (or equivalent) experience in performing quality control functions
• Able to speak and read English (Spanish A+)
• Occasional overtime
