Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient home care position in York County, PA, requiring a minimum of 1 year of experience and serving patients across York and Adams counties.

Details

• Outpatient home health setting, primarily serving western York County with potential support to neighboring counties including Adams County
• Day shift schedule, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM–4:30 PM)
• Weekend rotation required; holiday coverage as needed
• No on-call requirements
• May include care for COVID-positive patients

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Current PT license required if applicable
• Current BLS certification required
• OASIS documentation experience preferred but not required

Additional Information

• Candidates will undergo a clinical review to assess fit prior to manager interview
• Position covers a home care territory — travel between patient locations within York and surrounding counties is expected

• Maximum of 7 days of RTO for the duration of the contract
• All time-off requests should be disclosed upfront during the consideration process
• 2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
