Tracks deliverables, supports closeout documentation, and maintains complete subcontract files while learning subcontract administration fundamentals. Builds foundational knowledge of company policies and contract requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate subcontractor submittals and maintain project documentation.Document correspondence and routine subcontract communications.Assist with processing pay applications and invoice reviews.Prepare meeting minutes and support closeout documentation activities.Assist with time-and-material (T&M) cost tracking and documentation.Support preparation of work authorizations and change order documentation.Maintain subcontract files and ensure records are complete and current.Track required subcontractor deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.Learn subcontract administration procedures, company policies, and contract requirements.Shadow Subcontracts Specialists during subcontract negotiations, issue resolution discussions, and project meetings.Management ResponsibilitiesIndividual ContributorPreferred QualificationsNo prior experience required.
