Senior Project Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives, including system integrations, migrations, and enterprise transformation projects. This role requires a strong leader who can manage cross-functional teams, build stakeholder alignment, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
• Maintain and track RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions
• Manage project dependencies and resolve issues across teams and stakeholders
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, drive decision-making, and communicate project status to leadership
• Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and action items
• Partner with business and technical teams to gather, document, and validate requirements
• Coordinate with other project managers to ensure alignment across initiatives

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience, preferably leading integration or migration projects
• Proven success delivering large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, including executive-level interactions
• Experience translating technical requirements into actionable business plans
• Strong organizational, financial, and risk management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance, privacy, and security standards preferred
• Consulting experience and PMP certification are a plus
