Senior IT Project Manager

Job Overview: The Senior IT Project Manager leads large-scale IT implementation projects within Healthcare systems, focusing on OpTime, Cupid, and Radiant modules. This position requires strong project management skills, stakeholder coordination, and experience working across multi-hospital environments.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple large IT projects from initiation through completion following PMO methodologies.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
Gather and analyze user and business requirements to support IT system implementations.
Develop project schedules, manage resources, and track project progress against critical paths.
Report project status, risks, and accomplishments to management and steering committees.
Ensure that documentation, guidelines, and organizational procedures are followed throughout all phases.
Coordinate analysis, design, development, testing, training, and implementation activities.
Support business planning related to budgeting, scheduling, and workload forecasting.
Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment among departments and leadership.
Rely on technical experience, initiative, and strong judgment to meet project goals and organizational objectives.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of IT project management experience, preferably in healthcare systems.
Proven experience implementing OpTime, Cupid, and Radiant modules in large, multi-hospital settings.
Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, risk assessment, and quality assurance.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

PMP certification preferred.
