An individual filling this role will be responsible for the overall success of our Abobe programs, focusing on the client relationship, financials, project delivery, resourcing, and overall program health. Ideal candidates will have a consulting background and will have experience managing programs that combine strategy, experience design, and technology disciplines.The Work: Works in a highly client-facing role to lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global and large-scale full-stack Adobe solutionsDevelops strong working relationships with the sr. management team and identifies follow-on project opportunitiesPlans and estimates delivery work with an Agile approach, focusing on project milestones, resource planning (both on-shore and off-shore), scope, budget, risk identification and mitigation planningManages day to day on-shore and off-shore project teams during the project lifecycleManages the project ideation, gathering the high level business requirements, defining the detailed requirements and process into epics and storiesManages Experience lead team in developing strategic vision and creative UI/UX designManages and contributes to solution plan definitionInteracts with client stakeholders for business justification, funding, scope and timelineContributes to the ongoing development of solution/program offering approaches, methodologies, techniques, business development tools, and growing our resourcesTravel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirementsWhat You Need: You have a minimum of 8 years of technology program or project delivery experience, with at least 4 years leading enterprise Adobe platform implementationsMinimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience delivering two or more Adobe products at enterprise scale: Workfront, AEM, AEP, Marketo Engage, Adobe Analytics, Target, or Creative CloudStrong understanding of the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem — platform interdependencies, integration patterns, and implementation sequencingProven track record managing complex, multi-workstream programs with budgets exceeding $1M and cross-functional teams of 10+ people Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)Bonus Points If:You have Adobe certifications across one or more platforms: Workfront, AEM, AEP, Marketo, or Adobe AnalyticsYou have experience leading Adobe Content Supply Chain implementations (Workfront + AEM + Creative Cloud + GenStudio)You have familiarity with Workfront as a delivery management platform — using it to manage the program itselfYou have experience working with or managing Adobe implementation partners and system integratorsYou have a background in marketing technology, digital experience, creative operations, or martech transformation programsYou have hands-on experience with enterprise change management frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR)You have knowledge of enterprise integration platforms and API-led connectivity in Adobe delivery contextsYou have experience delivering in regulated industries: financial services, healthcare, pharma, or governmentCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
