If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love turning insights into action, and enjoy influencing teams across an organization, we'd love to meet you.What You'll Do:Lead Strategic Marketing PlanningDevelop annual and quarterly marketing plans that support Digital and Delivery growth objectives.Own the integrated marketing calendar, including promotions, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and key business initiatives.Prioritize marketing requests and align resources against business goals.Transform business objectives into actionable briefs for creative, media, CRM, social, PR, digital, and analytics teams.Drive Cross-Functional ExcellenceServe as the primary marketing planning partner for Digital and Delivery stakeholders.Collaborate with Digital Product, Loyalty/CRM, Operations, Delivery, Technology, and Marketing teams to build integrated customer programs.Align teams around clear priorities, timelines, deliverables, and success measures.Ensure marketing programs are executed consistently across digital platforms, delivery channels, mobile experiences, CRM journeys, and in-store communications.Deliver Customer-Centered GrowthCreate activation strategies that define target audiences, channel roles, key objectives, and measurement plans.Partner with business leaders to develop promotions, customer offers, platform enhancements, and growth initiatives.Help shape customer experiences that increase engagement, loyalty, and digital adoption.Turn Insights into ActionPartner with Analytics and Customer Insights teams to define KPIs and measure performance.Evaluate campaign and customer data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.Lead post-campaign reviews and recommend actionable improvements.Foster a test-and-learn culture through experimentation with offers, messaging, audience targeting, and channel strategies.Monitor consumer trends and emerging opportunities across digital commerce, loyalty, delivery, and customer engagement.What You'll Bring:Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.7+ years of progressive experience in integrated marketing, marketing planning, digital marketing, or customer engagement marketing.Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.Experience developing integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.MBA or Master's degree preferred.Experience in convenience retail, QSR, restaurant, grocery, hospitality, or other consumer-facing industries preferred.Experience supporting digital ordering, loyalty, mobile app, or delivery marketing initiatives preferred.Skills & ExpertiseStrong understanding of digital commerce, delivery platforms, loyalty programs, CRM, mobile marketing, and customer lifecycle marketing.Experience with CRM, loyalty, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.Familiarity with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.Ability to translate analytics and customer insights into strategic marketing decisions.Exceptional communication, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong project management and organizational capabilities.Proven cross-functional leadership and influence skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Why Join Us?This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital customer engagement.
