Obstetrics Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Job Description & Requirements Position: Obstetrics Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) for locum tenens support. Start Date: ASAP; pay range $82.45–$89.25 per hour. Responsibilities Perform labor & delivery, postpartum care, and OB/GYN emergency department consults. Provide first assist during gynecology surgeries, including robotic and emergent cases. Work flexible 12‑ or 24‑hour shifts days or nights in an inpatient environment. Maintain patient documentation in EPIC EMR. Participate in credentialing within 60‑90 days. Qualifications Board‑certified PA (or NP with first assist experience). APNs considered only if they have documented first assist training and recent OB/GYN surgical case logs. Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification required. Active New Jersey license. Availability to cover a 24/7 care model; individual providers are not expected to cover all hours.
