What You’ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care within a Level-IIIB and Level-IIIA NICU environment
• Collaborate with physicians and NICU healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and educational programs
• Engage in family-centered care practices and support NICU families
• Contribute to multi-disciplinary rounds, assessments, and daily patient management
• Utilize advanced ventilator support and neonatal interventions

What You Need

Required:

• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
• Graduation from an accredited Neonatal NP program
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred:

• Previous neonatal intensive care experience (new grads are encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication skills and commitment to family-centered care

This role involves working with a skilled NICU team at a well-established hospital that serves high-risk neonates across multiple Saint Lukes Health System locations.
