Product Marketing Manager HCP

The company is seeking a Product Manager, HCP Marketing to support the launch of new products and indications within its specialty portfolio. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to strategic brand initiatives while leading the execution of healthcare professional (HCP) marketing programs in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Position Summary Reporting to a Brand Lead, the Product Manager will support commercial strategy and execute tactical marketing initiatives designed to engage healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or life sciences marketing and will be comfortable managing projects across multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Independently manage HCP marketing initiatives from concept through execution. Support development of annual brand plans, positioning, messaging, and tactical priorities. Execute omnichannel HCP campaigns across digital, media, field, and promotional channels. Manage HCP-facing materials including sales aids, websites, email campaigns, and educational resources. Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness. Manage project budgets, timelines, and agency relationships. Support market research initiatives and translate insights into actionable marketing programs. Collaborate with medical, regulatory, legal, sales, and commercial stakeholders throughout the promotional review process. Participate in field engagement activities to understand customer needs and optimize resource utilization. Maintain expertise in disease states, competitive landscape, and market dynamics. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or healthcare marketing experience. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Proven ability to build effective cross-functional partnerships. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PharmD, or equivalent). Prior commercial pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device experience. Experience supporting product launches and/or specialty pharmaceutical brands. Exposure to rare disease, specialty care, or pulmonary markets is advantageous. Why Consider This Opportunity?
