Job Details Position: Behavioral Health / Wraparound Case Manager (In Person) Location: 1924-1926 Dairy Road, West Melbourne, FL 32904, United States Website: Responsibilities Provide client‑centered wraparound case management to infants, children, adolescents, families, and adults throughout Brevard County. Assess clients’ needs and link them with appropriate community resources. Detailed description will be provided during interview. Position Type & Schedule Independent contractor position with flexible schedule. Full‑time hours (25+ hours) preferred. Skills & Requirements Must be willing to travel Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field CBHCM Certification preferred or willing to become certified within 6 months of hire Minimum 2 years experience preferred Basic knowledge of community resources Preferably bilingual (English/Spanish) #J-18808-Ljbffr Legacy BHC
