Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Care - Night Shift

Registered Nurse (RN) 3W Cardiac Care Unit FT Night Shift (Hours: 7p-7a) Weekends & Holidays per the department guidelines. Wilmington Hospital 3 West is a 9-bed cardiac care unit at Wilmington Hospital. 3 West focuses on the care of short‑stay patients with primary cardiac diagnoses, offering staff a diverse and enriching clinical experience. Cross‑Training Opportunities 1W Medical Observation Unit (1W) – 10 beds, newly constructed, caring for adult medical patients from the Emergency Department under Observation status. Common diagnoses include syncope, chest pain, stroke work‑up, and other conditions that require further evaluation beyond the ED. 3M Medical Observation Unit (3MOU) – 8 beds for adult medical patients under observation status. Common diagnoses include stroke, syncope, chest pain; high patient turnover, average length of stay 12–32 hours, and transition to inpatient care if needed. Education & Experience Requirements DE RN license or Compact RN license. BSN preferred or the commitment to obtaining a BSN within 3 years of hire. All applicants must have two years of RN experience. Acute care or sub‑acute care experience is preferred. BLS required. Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05. This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
