Stock ClerkWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stock Clerk to join our team. The Stock Clerk will be responsible for receiving, unpacking, and stocking shelves with merchandise. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesStock shelves and racks with merchandiseEnsure that merchandise is properly labeledMaintain inventory levels and notify management of any discrepanciesKeep the stockroom clean and organizedAssist team members with locating merchandise accessiblyRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a retail or warehouse setting preferredAbility to lift and carry up to 50 poundsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer skillsIf you are a hardworking individual with a passion for customer service and a desire to work in a dynamic team environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Role and ResponsibilitiesReceive inventory into stock, verify quantity, assign inventory location and locate parts as required.Handle all material in a safe and proper manner using prescribed methods including ESD electrical requirements and safety equipment.Issue parts to kits or fill stores requisitions as required, including verification of quantity, part number accuracy and inventory record.Maintain Min/Max supply part inventory.Maintain Stockroom facilities in a neat and orderly fashionPerform cycle count inventory verification as neededMove or arrange transport of materials from one department to another as required.Perform yearly physical inventory for all stockroom inventory.Qualification and Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED5+ years working in a stockroom environmentExperience using Microsoft ExcelAbility to read and understand documents such as kit pulls, stores requisitions, computer reports, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively with other employees.Computer SkillsProficient in ERP software concepts such as electronic scanning and Inventory transactions.Physical Requirements:Must be able to lift 50lbs overhead.
