Production Operator - Pay up to $21.25/hr - Indianapolis, IN.

Schedule: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM (4 days/week, rotating)

Future shift: 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM (Tue–Sat)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and assist with setup
• Insert plastic molds and components for earplug production
• Clean, sort, and prepare reusable parts
• Inspect finished earplugs for quality and consistency
• Package, label, and palletize finished products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing experience required
• Strong hand dexterity for repetitive tasks
• Ability to stand for full shifts as needed
• Willingness to work overtime
• Steel-toe shoes required

Work Environment

• Manufacturing floor (approx. 65°F)
• PPE required: steel toes, safety glasses, hearing protection
• Mix of standing and seated tasks depending on role
• Production line with repetitive tasks

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.25 - $21.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
