3M is seeking SHIPPING & RECEIVER I candidates for 3M Indianapolis, Indiana.

• Full- time 2nd Shift - 2:00pm - 10:30pm

• Starting Rate: $25.12 + Shift Differentials

Job Description:

The person hired for the position of SHIPPING & RECEIVER I will work at our 3M Indianapolis, Indiana plant site.

• Operate powered industrial vehicles such as fork trucks

• Move material using pallet jacks

• Receive incoming goods

• Ship outgoing product

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher.

• Minimum three (3) months of previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Ability to pass company provided Forklift Training and retain issued forklift license.

Required: (Basic Qualifications):

• Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Basic computer knowledge

• 6 months to 1 year of operating material handling equipment, including sit down forklifts.

Applicants who meet the basic qualifications above will be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process. (MESP ASSESSMENT)

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application to be eligible for employment with 3M.

Pay Transparency:

The starting rate of pay for this position is $25.12. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
