PCS has since grown into a $38B business and its 40+ Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs) advise over 2,000 high net worth individuals and families./ppThe Outsourced Advisory Solutions (OAS) team is responsible for enabling and enhancing connectivity between PCS and Capital Groups expansive financial advisor network, leveraging PCS trust, resources and experience for the benefit of our partners and their high net worth clients./ppThe OAS Private Wealth Consultant (PWC) has responsibility for leveraging the Capital Group brand through the wholesaler, national account, and financial intermediary channels to attract and retain assets for PCS. The Private Wealth Consultant will grow OAS sales by partnering with Capital Groups sales force to help advisors close complex high net worth sales. The PWC will serve as a critical bridge between Capital Groups family office infrastructure and Capital Groups Wealth Management and Institutional Retirement business./ppAs a Private Wealth Consultant (PWC), you will lead the OAS sales process in your territory by partnering with the sales force to identify advisors who need help servicing the complex needs of high net worth households and working directly with advisors to close business. You will source new opportunities and you will own the sales process, working in close partnership with the OAS Relationship Managers for onboarding, due diligence, and development of custom solutions./ppYou are the person Capital Group is looking for./pulliYou have outstanding professional experience and industry knowledge, including a deep understanding of private wealth and financial advisor needs./liliYou have a proven record of success as a leader in sales, with a demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with colleagues and external advisors./liliYou are credible and influential, possessing strong executive presence and professional maturity./liliYou are collaborative, partnering seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes./liliYou have a minimum of a Bachelors degree, with additional designations CIMA, CFP, CFA or CPWA strongly preferred.
