BPS Operations Associate I - Fintech Call Center
FIS
FIS is seeking an Associate I, BPS Operations Processing Agent - Call Center to respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, SMS and Chat, delivering problem resolution in line with service standards. You will use GUI screens, access client systems, and update data while escalating complex issues as needed. A High School Diploma and 6 months of call center experience are required, with full availability for day, night, and weekend shifts. Equipment is provided. #J-18808-Ljbffr
