Strategy & Operations Associate
New York, NY (Hybrid) | $100,000 - $150,000
About Us:
- We're a profitable fintech platform powering lower middle market M&A. In 2025, we facilitated 12,500+ deals, 1M+ platform connections, and hundreds of millions in closed transactions for private equity firms, investment banks, M&A advisors, and business owners.
- We're a lean, high-conviction team of 60 and we're building category-defining products for a market that moves fast and trusts carefully.
The Opportunity:
- This is not a support role. This is not a rotational program.
- This is an early-career operator seat where your work will be visible, your scope will grow fast, and your fingerprints will be on decisions that matter.
- You'll work directly with senior leadership to identify what's slowing us down, build better systems, and execute against our most important priorities.
What You'll Own:
- Strategic analysis and decision support for leadership
- Operational workflow mapping and process improvement
- GTM and revenue operations - pipeline, territory, forecasting
- Dashboards, reporting, and data infrastructure
- High-priority special projects across the business
You Are:
- 2+ years in consulting, banking, or PE - and ready to trade the deliverable treadmill for real ownership.
- Analytically sharp
- A first-principles thinker
- Operationally curious
- A clear, concise communicator
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Energized by private markets
- Excel and PowerPoint required. SQL, Python, Tableau, or CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a strong plus.
