Position Summary We areseeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager todirect insurance-based mitigation and restoration projects. The ideal candidatewill have a strong background in residential and/or light commercial remodelingand/or restoration, with proven experience managing projects of varying scopeand complexity from inception to completion. This role requires a client facingmanager who can thrive in the fast-paced, ever-changing world of insurancerestoration, demonstrating creative problem-solving skills and leadershipthrough the logistical and operational challenges of rebuilding from loss. Key Responsibilities Client facing responsibilities to include dailyinteraction, explaining processes and project updates Prepare, review and process documentation per companypolicies Monitor, inspect and manage restoration projects. Supervise technicians based on scope of work and costestimates. Create estimates in Xactimate and maintain field qualitycontrol. Create andmanage projectbudgets. Create and manage project schedules. Communicate effectively with customers, adjusters, and teammembers. Contribute to the company's growth and prosperity.
