Job Responsibilities Hands on Experience in software AG webMethods Administration (Integration Server, Universal messaging) - Must Knowledge and Hands on Admin Experience managing API Gateway and API security in any product - Must Knowledge in AWS cloud computing - Must Integration Admin Experience in integrating AWS services like SQS, SNS - Must Knowledge on deploying and monitoring applications in AWS cloud EC2 - Must Knowledge on managing lambda function in AWS cloud - Must Should have Knowledge on SAAS and PAAS Experience on Google pub/sub Administration Should have Knowledge on SOAP and REST APIs Very strong problem-solving skills, with proven ability to analyze and determine root cause and resolution for complex issues Presenting technical solutions to the client, participating in Orals Troubleshoot/analyze and resolve technical problems Supporting apps by collaborating with other IT teams in resolving any production issues and making the apps highly available Should have hands on experience in troubleshooting performance problems considering infrastructure, database, and application server Co-ordination with Applications teams, Hyper-Care support, Performance optimization, Unit Test & Integration test support Managing services SLAs like availability (proactive monitoring), Incident resolutions as per SLAs #J-18808-Ljbffr TechDigital Group
