Required Qualifications TMCF participant attending Leadership Institute conference Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or other advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field at an accredited college or university. Demonstrated strong academic performance Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and maintain professional composure Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products Graduating Spring 2026 - Spring 2027 Preferred Qualifications Preferred interest in pursuing financial services as a career Demonstrated flexibility in managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously All applications must have a TMCF Branded resume to be considered; TMCF participants will be considered without limitation* General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
