Credit Recovery Teacher - High School - Milford, DE Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a dedicated Credit Recovery Teacher to support high school students who are working to recover credits and stay on track for graduation. The Credit Recovery Teacher provides individualized and small-group academic support, helps students complete coursework, monitors progress, and works closely with school staff to help students successfully earn the credits they need. What You’ll Do Provide instruction and academic support to high school students participating in credit recovery Work with students individually and in small groups based on their academic needs Help students complete coursework and demonstrate mastery of required material Monitor student progress and communicate concerns or barriers to success Provide additional instruction, tutoring, and intervention when needed Maintain accurate student records, grades, and progress documentation Collaborate with teachers, counselors, administrators, and other school personnel Encourage and motivate students who may be struggling academically or are behind in credits Support a positive, structured, and student-centered learning environment The ideal candidate is a certified educator who enjoys working with high school students and providing individualized academic support.
