Communicating with customers to confirm appointments and address scheduling inquiries. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure schedules align with project timelines and resource availability. Maintaining accurate records and updating scheduling systems as needed. Identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts in a timely manner. Providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction with every interaction.
