This is a full-time, permanent position. Responsibilities Serve in a primary leadership position with oversight of daily operations. Oversee budgeting and payroll. Maintain that all work completed at the facility is in compliance with all laws, codes, and regulation. Develop and execute quality improvement plans. Ensure the facility is regularly cleaned and thoroughly maintained. Develop and maintain relationships throughout the facility. Qualifications Must currently be a Registered Professional Nurse. Must have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership position at a long-term care facility. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business administration, or a related field preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to lead a team effectively.
