About the Outsourced Accounting & Advisory Services Team

Outsourced Accounting & Advisory Services is a highly specialized, organized team of chief financial officers, controllers, senior accountants, and bookkeeping specialists with years of experience working with small to mid-sized organizations, for-profit and non-profit.


This team offers much more than outsourced functional-level accounting and bookkeeping, and more than exclusively high-level financial management. It provides a comprehensive blend of services that accomplish our clients' daily accounting needs while working towards a corporate financial goal and mission.

About our Consulting Controller/Chief Financial Officer Roles

Our Controllers and CFOs will work to fulfill the high-level needs of our clients, including daily accounting functions, reporting and implementation of processes and procedures.

Some key areas include:

• Enhancing systems and driving innovation to improve efficiency.

• Providing advisory-level support through financial statement preparation and analysis.

• Revamping financial processes and procedures to optimize operations.

• Developing and implementing structured month-end close processes.

These are hybrid opportunities that require on-site client work with clients located in the Capital District and Hudson Valley areas of New York.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Hands-on experience in financial operations, beyond traditional accounting tasks.
• Expertise in financial statement forecasting and cash flow projections.
• Familiarity with audit preparation and best practices.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• The ability to work independently while staying highly organized.
