Qualifications for a Clinical Lab Technologist:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related discipline (or an Associate's degree in MLT).
• Hold certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) granted by a reputable accrediting agency such as ASCP or AMT.
• While prior experience as a generalist in a clinical laboratory setting is desirable, it is not mandatory.
• Demonstrate proficiency in laboratory techniques, methodologies, and instrumentation.

Responsibilities for a Clinic Lab Technologist:

• Conduct a diverse array of laboratory tests and analyses on patient specimens, encompassing blood, urine, and other bodily fluids.
• Execute standard medical laboratory tests using a variety of laboratory equipment and methodologies.
• Employ laboratory instruments and equipment to precisely interpret test outcomes and produce reports for healthcare practitioners.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to interpret findings, address challenges, and deliver prompt and precise laboratory data.
