Field Application Engineer (FAE)

Education Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Microelectronics, Computer Science, or related fields Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in FAE, hardware engineering, or related roles
• Background in networking, storage, or server systems preferred
• Experience with Broadcom solutions is an advantage

Technical Skills

• Solid understanding of high-speed digital and analog circuit design
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
• Familiar with server or switch bring-up, debugging, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of signal integrity (SI) is a plus

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Good problem-solving ability and hands-on approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and drive projects independently

Language

• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Mandarin is an advantage for regional communication Provide full-cycle technical support to customers, including:
• Pre-sales: solution selection, schematic and PCB design review, reference design support
• During project: prototype bring-up, debugging, and POC validation
• Post-sales: on-site troubleshooting, failure analysis, and issue resolution

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to:

• Support customer visits, technical discussions, and solution presentations
• Drive POC activities and project execution

Support customers through project milestones, including: ○ Design-in, qualification, mass production, and volume ramp Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring timely and effective technical support
