Field Application Engineer (FAE)

Education Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Microelectronics, Computer Science, or related fields Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FAE, hardware engineering, or related roles
- Background in networking, storage, or server systems preferred
- Experience with Broadcom solutions is an advantage
- Solid understanding of high-speed digital and analog circuit design
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
- Familiar with server or switch bring-up, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of signal integrity (SI) is a plus
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Good problem-solving ability and hands-on approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and drive projects independently
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Mandarin is an advantage for regional communication Provide full-cycle technical support to customers, including:
- Pre-sales: solution selection, schematic and PCB design review, reference design support
- During project: prototype bring-up, debugging, and POC validation
- Post-sales: on-site troubleshooting, failure analysis, and issue resolution
- Support customer visits, technical discussions, and solution presentations
- Drive POC activities and project execution
