Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$2105.28/week - Job Summary: Provides comprehensive nursing care in the Emergency Room setting for a diverse patient population. Supervises and coordinates with medical staff to deliver timely, quality care through the nursing process. Responsibilities: Assess and collect relevant patient data to determine immediate care needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery. Educate patients and families about treatment plans, procedures, and health management. Monitor patient progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust care plans as needed. Facilitate discharge planning to ensure continuity of care. Qualifications: Hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Possess BLS certification from an approved provider. Have at least two years recent experience in emergency or acute care. Demonstrate proficiency with electronic health records, specifically Epic. Maintain ACLS certification as required.
