NOW HIRING: HR DIRECTOR

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Director to lead our Human Resources department and support a positive, productive workplace.

Position: HR Director
Location: Tinton Falls, NJ 07724

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily Human Resources functions

• Lead recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and employee orientation

• Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and facility policies

• Oversee employee performance management and disciplinary processes

• Coordinate benefits administration and employee leave programs

• Partner with department leaders on staffing and workforce needs

• Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives

• Maintain confidentiality of employee information

• Conduct and/or coordinate staff training as needed

• Prepare HR reports and assist administration with workforce planning

• Support facility leadership with HR policies, procedures, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

• Previous HR management experience required

• Healthcare, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of employment practices and HR compliance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
