- Review project proposal and plan to determine time frame, funding margins, and procedures
- Ensure direction, completion, and financial outcome of projects from initial budget through project closeout
- Resolve daily issues that may arise effectively to ensure a timely, safe, and profitable project
- Review Constructability constraints and identify value engineering opportunities
- Prepare and collect change orders and ensure work is delegated appropriately
- Two plus years of Project coordination experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and understand contract documents and drawing
- Understanding of project costs/cost control
- Construction experience
- Rebar, concrete, or general contracting experience
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Education: High School
