Sales Manager (Hybrid)

About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Manager to grow and maintain customer relationships within the metal fabrication and manufacturing industry. This hybrid position combines account management, business development, and technical sales to drive revenue growth and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand existing customer accounts while pursuing new business opportunities.
• Develop strong customer relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Generate quotes, support contract negotiations, and close sales opportunities.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Track sales activity and pipeline using CRM tools.
• Conduct prospecting and cold-calling to identify and qualify new customers.
• Provide ongoing customer support to drive retention and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management, business development, or a related customer-facing role.
• Background in metal fabrication, machining, manufacturing, or industrial products.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand technical manufacturing processes and recommend solutions.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Work Environment This is a hybrid position based in Ponca City, OK , offering a mix of on-site and remote work. You'll work closely with engineering, operations, and production teams in a collaborative manufacturing environment with opportunities for growth and career advancement.

This is a Permanent position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

The pay range for this position is $102000.00 - $132000.00/yr.
