TheAssistantControllerwillmanagetheday-to-dayfinancialactivityandreportingforaportfolioofrealestateassetsanddevelopmentprojects.
- Preparingmonthly&annualfinancialstatementsforallindividualoperatingproperties
- Establishingandmaintaininginternalcontrols
- Managingallaspectsofthegeneralledger
- Providingmonthlyandyear-endanalyses&reconciliationattheindividualpropertyandconsolidatedportfoliolevels
- Assistingwiththebudgetprocessforalldevelopmentprojects
- Researchingaccountingissuesforcompliancewithgenerallyacceptedaccountingprinciples
- Analyzingandreportingcostvariancesforrecurringexpensesacrossallproperties
- Servingasaliaisontoexternaltaxpreparers,preparingyear-endreportingpackages

- Abilitytoworkinafast-pacedenvironment;anabilitytomulti-taskeffectively;anabilitytomaintainattentiontodetail

- Atleastthreetofiveyearsofexperienceinaccountingorfinancewithinthecommercialrealestateindustry
