Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. In this role, you will support a caring environment through clear communication, teamwork, and integrity while bringing an agile, reliable, and innovative approach to each shift. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.46 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or conditions that may require follow-up. Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing visitor movement, verifying credentials when required, and reporting policy violations and/or suspicious behavior. Support a professional environment by assisting with routine requests, providing directions, and reporting maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or security-related issues observed during patrols. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
