Client Service Coordinator
Search Solution Group
We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Service Coordinator to join a growing financial services firm in Baton Rouge, LA. This individual will support daily administrative operations, client account maintenance, and new business processing. The ideal candidate has strong computer skills, excellent organization, and experience working in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily administrative support to the client services and back-office teams.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records.
Manage Excel spreadsheets and assist with account documentation.
Communicate with clients through email and phone.
Assist with client account maintenance, updates, and new business processing.
Support general office operations and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
2+ years of administrative or business office experience.
Strong Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet skills.
Experience with data entry, email correspondence, and phone communication.
Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous financial services experience is a plus, but not required.
This is a fully onsite opportunity with a growing company offering a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
