Job Full Description The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the exterior appearance, safety, and cleanliness the grounds. This role ensures that all outdoor areas-including lawns, walkways, parking lots, and landscaping-are well-kept, hazard-free, and present a welcoming environment for residents and the staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain lawns, trees, shrubs, and flower beds through mowing, trimming, watering, and fertilizing
- Remove trash, debris, and hazardous materials from the property
- Keep sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas clean and safe, including snow/ice removal when applicable
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems
- Perform minor repairs on outdoor fixtures such as fences, benches, and signage
- Monitor grounds for safety hazards and report issues promptly
- Assist with seasonal landscaping projects and general upkeep
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Drivers License Required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous groundskeeping or landscaping experience is a plus
- Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment safely
- Basic knowledge of plant care and maintenance
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
